In the 19th century, people in Seelow preferred to keep goats instead of cows – because they were tax-free! Soon, the cheeky four-legged friends roamed throughout the city and made Seelow known far beyond its city limits as "Goat-Seelow."

From this tradition emerges the story of Leo, the curious little billy goat who experiences his adventures with courage and wit.
