FFC - Car Adhesive Film

FFC - Adhesive film for exterior lettering in white, black or multi-colored. These adhesive films are available as lettering and as a crest variant.

Permanently adhesive film for car and other outdoor applications on smooth surfaces. It comes with transfer film, which is removed after applying the decal. Only the cut-out image elements (individual letters and graphics) remain visible.

How to apply:

Thoroughly clean the surface to be adhered to (window cleaner, dish soap, or other cleaning agents are not recommended). Application temperature min. 5° Celsius. Dry the surface with a cloth or by waiting. Remove a small part of the backing paper (approx. 2 – 3 cm) at the outer edge (recommended on the right for right-handed people) so that the adhesive film can be fixed and positioned on one side at the edge. When positioning, the film should be slightly lifted at the already removed part of the backing paper and only make contact with the surface when in its final position. By fixing it at the edge, the film now adheres to one side, and you can lift the entire sticker on the non-adhering side to remove the rest of the backing paper. By rubbing evenly with a cloth or squeegee – from the center upwards and downwards – the adhesive film is now attached to the surface from the already adhering side towards the side that is held up. The pressure should be moderate. After the film is fully fixed, the transparent transfer film can be removed. The adhesive needs approx. 3 – 4 days, depending on the weather, to become permanently firm. During this time, cleaning in a car wash or with a pressure washer should be avoided. The film can only be used once.
